After four years leading Code Club UK and international teams the total number of clubs increased from 2,500 to over 10,000 globally, reaching around 150,000 9- to 13-year-olds worldwide.

I led 5 teams of staff and volunteers to improve and maintain high performance service delivery while leading to completion a complex change management process. I was accountable for a £4 million budget of largely restricted income and responsible for service commentaries on financial reports, controlling and reporting on variances to the Trustees.
