Hi, I'm Rina. I help organisations become more inclusive so they can benefit from the Diversity of thought that follows, working with my fellow Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) consultants at my company, Voice At The Table. We drive this change by empowering leaders to unleash the full potential of their teams. How do we do this? We help you articulate your EDI Ambition – the NorthStar that will guide you in drafting an impactful strategy.When you know where you’re heading, it’s vital to understand where you are, so we help you identify this with quantitative and qualitative tools.Once you know where you are and where you’re going, we help you put together an action plan – or a strategy – of how to get there. With your strategy in place, we can help with implementing some of the initiatives. This can be anything from training to individual leadership coaching.
