• Create and distribute flyers to promote classes through Constant Contact, mailings, etc.• Generate database contracts to send to clients and instructors• Coordinate with the Juvenile Justice Commission to enroll residents in credit classes and provide necessary materials • Ensure classes run smoothly and materials are been ordered and are ready for distribution• Communicate with instructors and clients on status of classes• Assist students with questions and concerns about classes and basic college information• Prepare and review instructor handouts prior to production• Instructor payroll• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
