- Implementation of procedures for quality assurance and control- Manage quality organization in 4 different plants, structured in 25 quality auditors with high school degree and 2 quality supervisors- Drive organization to achieve/ exceed quality targets through specific quality strategies and plans- Ensure the quality system is followed and continuously improved- Exceed customer’s expectations through quality product, quality support, continuous improvement and effective problem resolution

- Manage Six Sigma implementation and culture dissemination throughout all Lear plants in Honduras Operations- Provide leadership in greenbelt and blackbelt training- Manage 4 Blackbelts and 1 Lean Coordinator- Perform Lean manufacturing activities and work shops focused on waste identification and reduction through: VSM, 5S’s, standardized work, SMED, TPM, Mistake proofing, Kanban/Pullsystem.- Train salary employees on Lean Manufacturing- Generate and assign new projects based on customer concerns, internal quality defects, IPPMS, waste reduction, ect.- Monthly update on continuous improvement metrics such as PPM’s, sigma value and financial savings to all staff members
