• Leading the portfolio of up to 7 clients from Retail and Fintech to ensure Unit portfolio growth and being responsible for the next activities:
• Building strategic relationship with the clients and drive account development to grow revenue volume up to 10x times
• Leading presales with prospects, and up-sales/cross-sales with portfolio clients, including proposal preparation and rates negotiations to win multi-million deals
• Building and developing Unit leadership team (PMs, Leads)
• Ensuring delivery excellence
• Leading account transitions to other DUs within the company (in and out)

• Working with 4 customers in Retail Delivery Unit to ensure delivery quality, processes setup, operational work, account development & presales activities. Responsibilities:
• Ensuring execution of all operational functions related to the project
• Leading presales processes and preparing proposals
• Establishing process from scratch for the new accounts/projects
• Ensuring delivery quality and project management functions at the accounts
• Building strategic relationship with the customers

• Design and roll-out of Non-UA DevCenter Development strategy to achieve set targets as a part of company-wide strategic initiative of global expansion.Responsibilities:
• Performing deep analysis of AS-IS state
• Contribution to creation of Profitability, Revenue, People and Quality strategies
• Driving educational direction for local leaders, incl. creating a specific training set, controlling its execution and communication of achieved results
• Driving part of communication/promo campaign about DevCenter capabilities (different info digests)
• Constant communication and alignment with different stakeholders from different directions inside the company

• As PMO Expert within SoftServe Project Management Office (PMO) team that standardizes the project-related governance process and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools and techniques, my.
• Contributing to different strategic initiatives (Project Excellence (incl. Models development, Analysis, Audit procedure development, experts ramp-up etc.), People Excellence) as well as driving some parts of them
• Rolling-out PMO Partners network initiative and leading it
• Driving different PMO-related experts’ network
• Conducting project assessments, consulting and co-piloting of process improvements of Delivery projects
• Improving knowledge base

• Managing several Scrum teams (up to 30 people) who worked on IT Service assurance solution. Main responsibilities:
• resource management (staffing, rotations, release, termination);
