The first six months were with DASNY, a conduit issuer of bonds for certain Not-for-Profits and the second half was spent at Jefferies LLC, to experience the investment banking responsibility of public finance.• Assisted in effectively executing the first post COVID-19 stressed credit for MTA’s $1.9 billion 2020 bond offering. My responsibilities included creating an investor roadshow, preparing a Sale Point Memorandum for the trading desk, tracking new investors, creating a closing memorandum, and more. • Attend meetings with clients to pitch financing opportunities to save municipalities future costs by refunding existing debt at lower rates.• Maximize the utility of Microsoft Excel to effectively communicate large trends of data. • Analyze legislation to find the best solution and strategy to serve each municipal client and their unique financial needs. • Create 20-50 pages of content, show casing our firm’s experience and developing the best finance solution for municipal request for proposals/qualifications ("RFP") to serve as lead underwriting manager. • Produce pricing comparisons to evaluate historical trends to better determine the best pricing spreads to MMD for bonds.

• Experienced the approval process of over $3 billion in Personal Income Tax Bonds ("PIT") which contributes capital to numerous state supported agencies such as the New York State Department of Health ("NYS DOH"), City Universities of New York ("CUNYs"), Parks and Recreation, and more.• Presented in front of DASNY's Board seeking resolution to proceed to serve as a conduit issuer for Barnard's Series 2020 Bonds by summarizing key financial details and highlighting their credit strength. • Experienced different financing solutions that best fit each clients' needs, including private placements, swap agreements, variable rate debt, taxable advance refunding, cinderella bonds and more for many well-known establishments such as Northwell Hospital, Columbia University, Fordham University, SUNYs, St Mary’s Hospital for Children, Montefiore, Rockefeller University and more. • Conducted financial reviews for grants administered through the State and Municipal Facilities Program ("SAM") and NYS Economic Development Assistance Program ("NYSEDAP") to ensure adequate funding for project completion.• Analyzed and input health care and private college audited financial statement data in our system, to generate financial ratios to evaluate and compare statewide, a clients' ability to fulfill it's future and current debt service requirements. • Attended frequent meetings in relation to the bond issuance process, to ensure compliance with state regulation.• Produced bond sale summary documents that included key details of the issuance such as the par amount, net present savings ("NPS"), true interest cost ("TIC"), cost of issuance, ratings, spread to Municipal Market Data AAA scale ("MMD"), and underwriters' discount.

• Manage and track the Department of Health's workforce using Microsoft Excel to compare to target goals. • Oversee 31 programs within the Health Care Reform Act ("HCRA") account, including managing the spending of current year cash and developing out year projections. • Review and approve quarterly spending requests from the Department of Health to ensure alignment with the State Financial Plan.• Assess Federal impacts to New York State’s Medicaid Program, including cuts to the Disproportionate Share Hospital ("DSH") program.• Monitor and develop briefing materials to inform decision-makers of potential policy changes, key aspects of public health programs, proposed legislation, and various initiatives impacting constituents and localities.

• I was one of the two initial peer mentors for Campus Bound Scholars.• Assisted six first generation college students adapt to higher education standards, by informing them about different resources on campus and helping them identify different study habits.• Provide insight to the founders and professional mentors on difficulties that first generation college students may face.• Serve as a role model, listener, and friend to my peer mentees while enlightening them on their potential possibilities. • Keep monthly logs of activity with students.

• Assisted with an introduction course that teaches over 500 students the different functions and applications that Microsoft Excel offers, including financial functions, look-up functions, VBA editor (where one can create their own formula, and more.• Achieved a perfect score on twelve Microsoft Excel assignments, in order to guide others to the solutions and effectively explain why certain functions are used.• Mentored five new Teaching Assistants find strategies on how to better communicate with students and efficiently complete their assignments.• Gained volunteer credit as well as course credit for peer education in exchange for my services and time.

• Scored a 97 from a secret shopper that grades serving quality, key recommendations, and timeliness from a customers' perspective.• Generated $200 - $1,000 a shift in gross sales, by up-selling customers and recommending key items to encourage them to buy more. • Balanced and maintained cash and cash equivalents effectively by keeping track of each sales transaction.

• This program is ran by Nicole Sheindlin, Judge Judy's daughter and the goal is to pair young women with well-established women to help paint a picture of what they can become and how to get there.• Attended monthly workshops that dealt with topics on financial planning, integrity, and networking.• Learned about social responsibility, social responsibility, and maintaining healthy relationships.• Worked with a realtor on how to present an offer to sellers and buyers.• Attended client meetings and analyzed how they communicated professionally.
