Management and administration of several large estates with a total of about 100 tenants, 190 acres of arable land, 840 acres of forest.Structuring and streamlining an outdated administration as the business grew at the agricultural and real estate company Hakunge Säteri AB. Active participation in major renegotiations as well as the management of the conversion of sole company to limited liability company.

Together with the MD I was responsible for the business concept and ASDC´s business plans. I was the MD:s sparring partner, giving advice and being involved in day-to-day business. I provided financial advice and support to the colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions. I provided with clear budgetary planning, since financial considerations are at the root of all major business decisions both in short and long term. I was responsible for the provision of business information, planning and reporting for ASDC and the shareholders. I always looked at finding solutions and improve practices within the team and challenged the organization with new ideas.I actively contributed in the job and decision making process of the top management of the company and I was also operationally involved in the actual projects and markets, time permitting, as well as assisting in some respects staff related questions.I participated and presented financial data in board meetings as well as in other gatherings.
