With over six years of experience in mentoring, education, and student outreach, I am a passionate and dedicated Program Manager at EXP, a nonprofit organization that connects underserved students with career opportunities. I manage the Phineas Banning High School program, where I oversee the recruitment, training, placement, and support of students in various internships and workshops. I also collaborate with employers, educators, and community partners to create and maintain meaningful relationships and programs that benefit the students and the organization. Previously, I was a Program Manager at EXP Future, where I led the internship and outreach initiatives for high school and college students, and a Program Director of Energy Pathways at SBCC Thrive LA, where I designed and implemented a career exploration program for young adults in the energy sector. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and an Associate's Degree in Psychology, and I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am driven by the mission of EXP to empower students to discover their potential and pursue their dreams, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
