In my current position:• I analyze customer interactions and identify areas that need work, including those that may go undetected by the best agents.• Measure and analyze customer service performance and ensure conformity to company policies and procedures.• Provide coaching and developing plans for learning and skills development in regular feedback meetings.• Participate in customer and client calibration to identify customer needs and expectations.• Drive process improvements and training.I am also pursuing an associate's degree in business management at Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
