• Manage daily operations of Rising’s national executive sales team across five regions• Serve as liaison between Rising’s national executive sales team and corporate executive team to ensure efficiency and consistency in communication• Coordinate and manage trade-show participation for over fifty conferences at national level per year• Liaised with several other departments and subject matter experts in streamlining and standardizing the entire Request for Proposal ("RFP'") process and built the RFP database, which led to quicker response times and more thorough proposals ultimately resulting in executing 20+ RFP's per year • Work closely with Rising’s marketing department to optimize lead flow• Coordinate national sales meetings, including planning and execution of daily training sessions and offsite activities• Input and manage marketing campaigns, marketing lists, leads, contacts and sales pipeline in CRM• Prepare presentations for Rising’s sales and executive teams for current and prospective clients• Analyze sales data and generate weekly forecast and metric reports for sales management• Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts• Plan and execute Rising’s annual party in Las Vegas for 400 guests at National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference
