DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Meeting the standards of the company as Toll Supervisor, a good follower and model to subordinates. Assuring that the plaza assigned is being monitored together with supervising all given staff (Toll Collector, Utility personnel and security guard) Giving an appropriate solution to complex problem. Must know how and when to decide for an urgent solution/action. Communicate to Officer for any needs of plaza and disseminate it to subordinates. Monitoring and assuring that the transaction and collection of Toll Collector is correct and be submit to bank. Making a daily, weekly and any report that will be request by Officer, assuring that the data being input is correct, meeting the deadline of submission.
