○ Led different organizational and programmatic areas: 1) Athlete Leadership (projects with persons with intellectual disabilities.), 2) Youth and Schools, and 3) Young Athletes (Early childhood programmatic area).○ Manage a team of two people, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure appropriate development and enable high performance.○ Support 20 countries in the Latin America region, including North, South, and Central America, as well as some Caribbean islands.○ Managed relationships and some projects with external organizations. For example, UNESCO, UNICEF, OHCHR Regional Office for Latin America, and universities such as UNAM in Mexico and UAB in Chile.○ Prepare reports, briefs, presentations, quality briefing materials, etc.○ Participate and represent Special Olympics Latin America in external events, congresses, and meetings.○ Seek funds for the organization by developing proposals and applying for grants.○ Contribute to preparing partnership proposals, strategic agreements, and MOU.

Costa Rica

○ Facilitate workshops and training events.○ Train teachers, principals, and other social actors to improve internal processes in the educative system.○ Ensure a rights-based approach and gender mainstreaming in operational activities.○ Develop e-learning and tutorial sessions to follow upon the program.○ Prepare reports.

Talamanca, Costa Rica

○ Participate in field missions. ○ Mediated projects and developed relationships with key stakeholders.○ Provide technical assistance, advice, and operational support to key government officials on strategies, best practices, and approaches to early childhood development.○ Designed and conducted workshops and activities to improve early childhood education in some Costa Rican & Panamanian aboriginal people. ○ Raised awareness among families and other social actors about the importance of early years’ care and the significance of breaking gender stereotypes linked to motherhood, parenthood, and childhood development. ○ Established apt monitoring mechanisms and systems to track progress on the project indicators.○ Prepared reports and analytical notes and presented the project results.

Costa Rica

1) Consultancy: Children s rights and responsible publicity.○ Conducted workshops with the youth population and representatives from the marketing sector to jointly design a guideline for promoting and protecting children's rights regarding advertisement and marketing.2) Consultancy: Club Tecnobus Innovatorio○ Developed a space to promote technology and innovation among young populations from communities in vulnerable situations through a methodology that articulated technology, science, and art as a means for personal and social development.

Costa Rica

○ Participate in field missions.○ Designed strategic plans to accomplish the objectives of the project.○ Supervised a team of 17 facilitators countrywide who were doing fieldwork. ○ Provided technical support to the Costa Rican Ministry of Education (CR-MEP), regarding human rights, gender equality, and early childhood education. ○ Participated in survey initiatives○ Established apt monitoring mechanisms and systems to track progress on the project indicators.○ Prepared reports and present the project results. ○ Handling logistics for some meetings, presentations, and other vital activities.

Ciudad De La Investigación. San Pedro Costa Rica

○ Created training programs that were aligned with the organization’s objectives.○ Trained +150 teachers, principals and other social actors.○ Planned, designed and conducted workshops and training events to prevent violence in the public education system.○ Produced training materials for courses.○ Developed e-learning and tutorial sessions to follow up the program.

San José Costa Rica

○ Provide administrative and technical support to national authorities related to the project.○ Developed innovative projects with students and teachers from 80 different high schools nationwide: camps, art workshops, educational tours, and festivals (~56.000 students, ~5.000 professors) ○ Mediated projects and developed relationships with different stakeholders: schools, communities, NGOs, and companies. ○ Worked closely with various leaders of the organizations. ○ Organized and assisted in the implementation of training and workshops to share knowledge and experiences. ○ Prepared relevant documentation, i.e., project summaries, reports, power points, and prezis. ○ Handling logistics for some meetings, presentations, and other essential activities.

Nicaragua

○ Prepared interim reports.○ Conducted research projects for different international NGOs:2013-2014- IPS – CIPAC: Brot Für die Welt- IPS – CIPAC: Center for Research and Promotion of Human Rights Central America- IPS – HIVOS: Spearheaded research on sexual diversity, sexual and reproductive health education, gender and violence. (In this specific research, I worked all over Nicaragua).

Chacarita, Puntarenas Costa Rica

○ Participated in a psychosocial project in a community living on low incomes and facing barriers.○ Designed strategic plans to collaborate with students to reduce the dropout rate in vulnerable communities. ○ Provided close follow-up to students to ensure their permanence in the educational system by providing counseling and guidance. ○ Prepared reports.

La Sabana, San José, Costa Rica

○ Provided educational and vocational guidance through counseling.○ Provided support in the psychoeducational area. I worked with youth with different disabilities. Among them are psychosocial and mental health, cognitive (difficulties with learning and memory), and neurodivergent (e.g., autism spectrum and dyslexia).
