At Verizon Media (Formally Oath/Yahoo) my responsibilities on the VIP (formerly Concierge) Team consisted of receiving, addressing, and resolving our highest priority escalations on behalf of the executive staff. I served as the contact person for communications with multiple inlets such as State Attorneys Generals, Consumer Protection agencies such as the Better Business Bureau, and assisted our Social teams in brand protection by quickly and effectively addressing social media complaints directed to the official Twitter handle of @YahooCare.In this role, I also partnered with Verizon Media Legal, Technical, Billing, Abuse, and Engineering teams to identify root cause issues, independently develop alternate troubleshooting solutions, test resolution and provide feedback. I am also responsible for providing my team with quality case reviews, one on one meetings to discus productivity, career advancement, and weekly metrics.

Assist customers with there online ordering, shipment tracking, upsellling products, working with the shipping company to locate an order, facilitating returns, and ensuring a quality customer experience.
