If you had asked me when I was younger what I wanted to be when I grow up, you would’ve gotten an answer of either an astronaut, a marine biologist, or a FBI Agent. None of which fall into the category of creative. It wasn’t until half way through college that I had an interest in wanting to work in post-production for movies or television. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication, specializing in video production. This started me on my journey to discovering not only my love for editing video, but for photos, as well. Currently, I am looking for a creative position that matches my passion for photo and video editing. Most recently, I was responsible for the photography services offered in my department at the University of Central Florida. I have taken over 800 headshots for faculty and staff and used Adobe’s Photoshop and Lightroom to edit over 1,500 photos. I, also, assisted with creating and/or editing videos for our office to help support faculty and staff with their courses and multimedia projects.I am excited to continue to learn and grow in the areas of photography and editing of photos and video. I am also interested in diving deeper into the world of graphic design.
