Research previously closed mortgage loan documents for accuracy and/ or potential fraud.

 Review Mortgage Titles to determine correct lien position.  Review Subordinate Liens and Sr Lien foreclosure complaints against an Equity Analysis to determine if an Attorney should be retained to defend the Subordinate Line in the foreclosure process.  Review and process attorney invoices for payment. Past Duties / Bank of America Review Sr. Lien postponements & proceed to sale requests to determine if all the necessary guidelines have been met.  Review next day sale regulatory requirements prior to proceeding with foreclosure sale.  Generate reports to manage workflow distribution, SLA accuracy and Regulatory Compliance.  Departmental Process and Procedure review for accuracy and needed updates.
