Field Based

Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities and efficiencies within store processes using Lean Six Sigma principals. Ensure that every change follows the lifecycle to enable a saving in time or cost to be recognised by the business. Work with field managers to ensure that the changes land at store level. Proactively develop and sustain effective collaborative working relationships with central and field stakeholders.

Field Based

Worked extensively with an external agency to build a workforce management model fit for 2800 stores ensuring that all deadlines were met. Personally responsible for the creation and execution of all test plans: constantly evaluating and modifying as required.Supported the creation of all training materials and completed all train the trainer sessions as well as collaborating with the centrally based team to support when required

Field Based

Part of a 20 strong implementation and training team. Responsible for supporting system launches and training during a period of mergers, acquisitions and new build stores.Implementation of key systems including automated stock and order, paperless cash system and EPOSTraining colleagues via various methods, classroom and 1-1 of all levels on all systems including Workforce Management of which I created all of the training materials and was the main contact for my colleagues.

Field Based - North East

Accountable for ensuring stores operated within the licensing laws: attending court to obtain liquor licenses on behalf of the Company:Spent time in stores with field managers of various levels looking at sales, shrink, labour controls, and succession planning.Covering 110 stores with sales of circa £1M per weekResponsible for 2 field trainers who completed licensing training and operational training both classroom and 1-1
