Manage and collaborate with several city, state, local and federal stakeholders to write and develop projects for FEMA public assistance grants to assist with Hurricane Ida damage and recovery. Among one of the many stakeholders includes OMB, office of Management and Budget for the city of New York. The city of New York sustained several million dollars of hurricane Ida damage. As a program manager for OMB much of recovery includes writing projects for Some of the many sub agencies and stakeholders include, NYPD, FDNY, DEP, DCAS, DSNY, SCA among others. Many of the projects developed include improved projects, alternative projects as-well as mitigation, environmental historic preservation to ensure facilities, parks, roads, wastewater facilities, utilities, are better prepared for disaster and ensuring environmental and historic laws are maintained and upheld in the process.
