I quickly began to build my client base and today, manage some of CBIZ’s highest profile clients.During my career, I have gained expertise in processes and procedures to properly adhere to business practices, strategies to overcome client concerns and issues, and have consistently achieved company defined performance levels. Prior to joining CBIZ Payroll, I worked as a Customer Accounts Manager, Sales Manager, and Benefit Specialist. My previous roles have given me over 6 years of customer service experience that have taught me the patience, determination, and professionalism to be successful in my role.I attended Mary Baldwin College where I majored in Art with a minor in Education eventually obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from National Business College. I am frequently recognized for my dedication to CBIZ clients and associates and earned the CBIZ Core Value Award for Client Perspective in 2014.My purpose as an Account Manager is to deliver the highest quality, customer focused service by building strong relationships and displaying effective communication.
