Palette was founded with Chef Peter J. Hemsley as a catering business for private dinners and events that evolved into a fine dining restaurant and art gallery in San Francisco’s SOMA district.- Performed as Chief Administrative Officer by establishing the administrative and legal structure of the company- Performed as the “Chief of Staff”: right hand of the owner and the go-to-person for any issues, such as, but not limited to, administrative organization, marketing, operations, events, hiring, research, etc.- Devised and implemented the Company’s marketing strategy- Developed new leads in the Bay Area (including major tech companies) - Excelled in guest relations by reviewing client feedback with an ongoing effort to improve the delivery of services and exceed customer expectations; managed all aspects of private events- Produced a series of events for up to 200 guests - Designed the digital marketing strategy and led the team to increase customer engagement and growth in followers on social media- Successfully navigated the digital marketing team through the COVID-19 crisis from shutdown to development of take out service to the launch of a new outdoor dining space- Participated in the rebranding of the restaurant to create an elevated fine dining experience and polished image during the shutdown caused by COVID-19

Research on the fiscal and legal status of European Research Infrastructures in prospect of the European project ESFRI (European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures). The mission of ESFRI is to support a coherent and strategy-led approach to policymaking on research infrastructures in Europe, and to facilitate multilateral initiatives leading to the better use and development of research infrastructures, at EU and international level.
