As the Director of Clinical Services, I am responsible for the overall leadership of Residential, Partial and IOP levels of care for both the adult program and the adolescent program. This includes managing the program managers, social service team, mental health techs, recreation therapist, staffing coordinators, interns and all programming. I have the privilege of spearheading the clinical vision and overall clinical direction of the facility in partnership with the MD and administrative staff.

Providing home-based therapeutic services to clients in the Central Florida area.

Provided weekly individual and family therapy sessions with adolescents and adults suffering from various DSM diagnoses. Facilitated daily process and psychoeducation groups.

In intake department, provided efficient and effective handling of inquiry calls and possessed knowledge of and communicated with referral sources; Providing hospital and program information to individuals, agencies, facilities, and professionals; Made outside referrals, when appropriate; Assessed and triagedan individual’s mental health status; Identifying insurance benefits, pre-certification of patient care; Completed all admission requirements including documenting all necessary information in Med Series 4.Therapist: Provided weekly individual and family therapy sessions with adolescents and adults suffering from various DSM diagnoses.
