The Junior Entrepreneur Programme brings real-life entrepreneurship skills to primary school children on the Island of Ireland. Running over a 12-16 week period during the school year, the programme nurtures creativity, independence, problem-solving and teamwork among pupils of all abilities, helping them develop their own individual business skill sets in collaboration with their classmates. More than 80,000 pupils aged 11-12 years old have started their own classroom businesses through JEP since 2010. JEP works closely with Ireland's entrepreneurial community to give children the opportunity to engage directly with leading entrepreneurs. JEP is a not-for-profit initiative, and completely free for schools and pupils. It is supported by Enterprise Ireland, Tweak.com and RTE.

Development and management of Kerry Technology Park from concept and greenfield stage, branding and image development, through start-up and early development into a significant Technology Hub employing 450 people. The role encompassed Business Development Strategy, Policy Development, Sales & Marketing and Operational Management. Over time the focus switched to the development of a suite of Client Services including community building, peer to peer networking, learning networks, business matchmaking and Third Level sector collaboration. By 2013, Kerry Technology Park was home to over 20 Irish and overseas technology companies, employing 450 people with total annual salaries of €22m and recognised as a role model for the creation of a technology hub in a regional location. Founding Partner of the Junior Entrepreneur Programme, the Young Entrepreneur Programme and Endeavour. Endeavour was among the first and most successful accelerator programmes launched in Ireland for globally facing start-ups.Led the introduction of Coder Dojo to Kerry. The Club at Kerry Technology Park was among the first four established worldwide.
