I contribute to the achievement of objectives aimed at promoting and developing the Firm’s business initiatives. I am responsible for developing, managing and directing the Firm’s marketing, communications and business development strategy. Key achievements:- Recruited and assembled a team of 15 professionals to ensure success in a range of domains, including communications, business development, event planning, sponsorship follow ups and graphic design.- Developed and implemented from scratch processes and tools designed to effectively manage the entire Marketing and Business development functions in a national and international law firm, which made it possible for us to increase the quality and efficiency of the services being offered to our 525 professionals (marketing brochures, newsletters, bios, representative mandates database, mailing distribution lists).- Spurred the Firm’s business development component, while ensuring that strategic support was being provided to its professionals.- Coordinated the entire call for tenders response process, including the tender analysis, strategy to be adopted, timeline planning, information collection process, fee arrangement proposal and supervision of the tender response process. Created a set of drafting tools and played a pivotal role in connection with more than 50 business proposals submitted in response to calls for tenders. - Developed several key initiatives, including the design and development of the Firm’s new website, the CRM program, the Firm’s advertising campaigns as well as its client-feedback programs.- Spearheaded and supervised the organization of more than 25 Firm meetings as well as numerous client events.- Established and managed the Firm’s business development budget.MANAGER, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS (February 2002 - June 2005)
