Current• Leading a team of skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive adoption of IGEL's next-generation edge operating system and endpoint management solutions • Collaborating with key stakeholders, including NHS Trusts and healthcare organizations, to identify opportunities for optimizing end-user device strategies and securing access to cloud workspaces • Developing and executing strategic account plans to generate new business opportunities and expand IGEL's presence in the UK market • Providing mentorship and guidance to SDRs to enhance their technical knowledge, sales skills, and ability to communicate IGEL's value proposition effectively • Monitoring team performance, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
