Autonomously managed end-to-end processing of monthly and weekly payrolls; dealt with all related queries and completed all relevant statutory returns. Liaised with both internal and external stakeholders on Payroll & Finance / Costing matters. Played a leading role in a major Payroll Outsourcing Project, contributing at all stages from planning through to implementation.• Actively involved in Payroll Outsourcing Project (1,200+ personnel) playing key role in successfully achieving challenging Go Live Date.• Produced documentation, provided and validated data, advised on system configuration, performed system testing and delivered staff training• Managed timely, accurate payroll processing in a fast paced, high volume environment, delivered high quality work resulting in stakeholder recognition and high levels of customer satisfaction and confidence• Liaised with Finance team re timely processing of Month-end payroll journals, account reconciliations, personnel budgets, overtime reports enabling informed, reliable forecasting and Management decisions

There was a temporary requirement in the Company to fulfil the above role which I agreed to undertake for a set period. I was actively involved in the processing of the monthly payment runs for 2 high volume (c. 1,000 invoices per month), multicurrency entities as well as responsible for the processing of employee expenses. In addition, I posted month-end journals, accruals and account reconciliations.• Liaised with key cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring no delays to the supply of materials and services for Production and the timely payment of employee expenses• Resolved Vendor queries, past due accounts leading to timely payments and compliance

Responsible for the maintenance of Customer and Vendor details on JDE, matching POs and logging of Intercompany and Third Party Supplier invoices as well as the preparation of monthly InterCompany payment schedules (Multi currency).
