CurrentIn my role as an EMEA Software Support Consultant at Computershare, I provide high-quality support to our clients in the EMEA region. I work with our web-based software applicationsโGEMS, BoardWorks, and CIMSโhelping clients navigate and resolve a range of software issues.My day-to-day is anything but routine. I tackle a variety of software problems, ensuring that I communicate clearly and professionally with our clients, who often come from senior roles like Company Secretarial or Board level.๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ ๐๐จ:โข Troubleshoot technical and application issues by working closely with both our clients and internal teams.โข Create and manage action plans to address and resolve issues, including estimating the resources needed.โข Overseeing client upgrades and installations, running diagnostics at different system levels where possible.โข Delivering training sessions to help clients get the most out of our software.โข Contributing to compliance reviews, product development feedback, and application testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐:โข Extensive customer service experience in application or professional services settings.โข Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling me to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively.โข The ability to adapt my communication style to suit both technical and non-technical stakeholders.โข A proactive approach to learning and adapting to change.โข Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Entity Management practices, which is a bonus.โข Familiarity with CRM systems, which has been beneficial in my role.
