The role involved all kind of administrative and marketing support under the circumstances when the company was entering the Russian market including consulting seminars, support of Best Employers Study project, various engagement and compensation and benefits projects. The skills essential for this role were time and stress management, sales and communication skills.

The role involved building a highly efficient and client oriented front-line team (up to 13 people) in a tremendously quickly growing consulting company. It was required to hire, train, coach and assess the team, provide administrative and managerial support. Apart from that the role also involved participation in different Marketing and HR projects within a company. Working under this role helped me to develop my managerial and leadership skills, team building skills, skills of problem solving and dealing with conflicts.
