Job DescriptionPre- contract• Review of tender drawings, BOQ & specifications.• Prepare take off based on price preambles and complying the Tender BOQ. Prepare Value engineering and cash flow forecast.• Maintain vendors data base, enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers• Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions/ qualifications.• Compilation of tender offer submissions.Post- contract• Maintain APG bonds, performance bonds, insurances and guarantee logs. • Prepare for interim payments/ valuation of payment certificate received in accordance with the terms of the contract condition.• Prepare work progress. Monitoring/maintain logs for claims, variation, back charges.• Prepare variation orders with relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Employer• Attend progress meetings; site visit for progress monitoring• Prepare progress claim against value of work done for measured works, Materials on-site / offsite & final account payment applications with relevant substantiation as per contract obligation.• Any additional task may assigned by immediate superiorOther• Allocate/Booked PO’s and prepare monthly project comparison reports against the budget. Direct reporting to GM in case requested PO will exceed the budget.• Both jobs need coordination with Accounts (Payment dues), Stores (Stocks), Purchasing (suppliers within the budget), Production (deliveries/MIR), PM Site (WIR) AND Planning (program/forecast completion)

Job Purpose• Responsible for accurately forecasting the cost of future projects and recommending a competitive price to maximize the chance to get the project, by collecting and analyzing data on all of the factors that can affect costs, such as materials, labour, location, duration of the project and special machinery requirements.Job Description• Meet tight deadlines to submit the tenders, clarification etc. required by the client, contractor and architect which require extra working hours.• Manage the multiple tasks such as estimating the project cost, coordinating with different department and suppliers for 2-3 projects at a time.• Ensure that proper pricing and contingencies have been taken in to account.• Analyze the different material sources, designs and method to determine the most economical alternative.• Coordinate with the appropriate company personnel, supplier, and contractors and make decision regarding aluminum system and cost to be considered in a tender.• Communicate with suppliers, contractors and clients to ensure that they have the current market prices and any discrepancy within the tender documents are resolved/clarified with the client.

Job Description• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposal, tender drawings, specifications and related documents.• Identifies labour, materials and time requirements for studying proposal, specification and related documents• Evaluate the feasibility to give the tender on time & if not possible, inform the Commercial Manager to ask for extension time to submit the tender• Clarifying product description system by the contractor• Co-ordinate with Technical Department for technical clarifications• Send enquiries for specified Aluminium and glass prices, special products, fabricated items & others• Before starting to do the costing, ensure that all required material price/ special products received then preparing cost break down sheet, ensure that cost of individual units considered are reviewed, all specified extra fittings or ironmongery and addendum are received. • Prepare draft copy and passing to Commercial Manager with quantity take-off sheet for final review in order to put quotation number and sent to the client

Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo develop technical support to Sales Department by• Prepare timely & accurate estimate based on plans or based on actual.• Prepare installation designs, shop drawings needed in job site.• Participate in field discussion or meeting in terms of contents of estimate, labor quotations, technical clarifications, installation details.• Coordinate & update for negotiation projects.• To review labor quotations if materials were delivered before labor quotation was closed or “FOR NEGO”• To supervise technical support group by assisting estimator on a timely & accurate estimate• To develop technical support to project engineers in variation discussion if needed.

Duties and Responsibilities• Prepare estimate of roofing materials, labor and equipment for the installation based on contract bids, quotation, schematic drawings / plans & specifications• Prepare cutting list and order list for roofing materials ( panel or prepainted galvanized iron, gutter, flashing, valley gutter, wall flashing and other) based on plans & specifications and or actual measurements for every project particularly lump sum contract• Quantify, costing and submit cost amendments for miscellaneous additional scope of works or change in order list• Coordinates with the Installation Engineer regarding sequence of work at site to ensure that materials needed are ordered and delivered on time

Duties and Responsibilities• Prepare material & cost estimate• Prepare quantification of probable cost of structural construction materials (mat foundation, beams, columns, tie beams, shear walls, retaining walls, slabs, stairs and other) based on plans & specifications • Coordinate with engineers , architects with regards to any changes & adjustment from schematic plans & specifications• Prepares and maintain directory of suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors by constant follow up of price material cost for the supplier and communication with the contractors to maintain manpower operation• Prepare weekly accomplishment canvass report for material cost parameters.
