Prepared an analysis of ODFW's duties and obligations under Oregon Wildlife Laws passed in the recent legislative session. Drafted regulations to to establish procedures for new advisory committee and prepare for final determination by Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission.

Elected as an executive editor and tasked with large-scale organization and developmental edits in preliminary editing stages, reviewing staff editors corrections to grammar, punctuation, sentence syntax, and paragraph structure, and communicating edits to the author for final approval. Received Chapin Clark award in editorial excellence for diligent attention to detail and high-quality, consistent work product. Received Tom Foster scholarship, one recipient each year is selected by the Journal's Editor in Chief. Article regarding state authority to deter federal offshore oil and gas products was selected by JELL's editorial board for publication in JELL's 2020 issue.
