As a GER for The Lodge on Lake Detroit, I am expected to provide superior customer service to all guests, whether they are in house or calling in to the hotel. Included in the day-to-day requirements are being a self-starter on projects, being able to problem solve efficiently, anticipating guest needs, and being able to work independently and efficiently without supervision.I am also currently in training to become Front Office Manager certified through Best Western.
