•Providing exceptional client service and candidate experience throughout the full life cycle of recruiting for fintech talent in US and EMEA•Consult with managers to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop/implement effective sourcing strategies•Proactively source, screen, and guide candidates through a successful interviewing and candidate experience•Monitor, participate, and enable best candidate interviewing process using a competency-based assessment methodology and technical assessment tools•Educate and influence hiring managers on candidates’ skill sets, recruiting process, strategy and market conditions•Use effective and appropriate communication approaches that include keeping others informed (manager, peers, clients, candidates etc.)•Participate in the development of ongoing and cost-effective sourcing strategies•Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required•Influence hiring managers on the importance of diversity in the recruitment process

•Developing and executing end to end recruitment process and providing unique candidate experience for Intern and Fresh Graduate talents•Developing and Implementing strategic objectives that support the development of a rich pipeline of future talent for the company in key areas of business which may include Software, Engineering, Business-centric roles, Sales, Marketing & other areas•Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure University recruiting strategies are built to meet the needs of their businesses & improve brand awareness with targeted Universities and external organizations•Being an NCR ambassador; expanding personal and NCR’s brand around campus recruitment events, diversity and inclusion hiring strategies•Working closely with marketing & social media teams to develop employer branding strategies, social media campaigns & marketing collateral•Developing and delivering unique University Onboarding Program for all universitytalents on regional level•Track & maintain metrics and costs as needed, to include candidate status, cycletime & overall recruiting demand and resources

• Creating and developing training courses for different users within Talent Acquisition team (new joiners, refresh trainings for mid level and senior recruiters, mangers, executive directors, HRBPs)• Delivering process and system training for various HR systems (Workday, People Doc, Service Now, HireRight, Vero, Case Management), HR processes, HR structure and organization in both classroom and remote environment • Delivering Onboarding training for new employees• Ensure that targeted HR systems, processes, and policies are developed, supported, and maintained in alignment with current HR strategies and priorities • Analyse and execute work by managing different TA project teams.• Through internal feedback and external benchmark analysis, identify improvement opportunities and create action plans to address them. • Perform system testing for all development items and work with system developers on solution improvements and implementation. Ensuring that process documents and policies are aligned with the system changes.• Responsible for creating and delivering of all announcements and internal communications related to system and process developments and changes.

• Delivery of basic IT Training for judges, judicial assistants and court administrative staff. • Delivery of case management software training for judges, judicial assistants and court administrative staff.• Providing on-site training support for judges, judicial assistants and court administrative staff in use of case management software and basic office automation software. • Responding to user inquiries regarding use of case management system software and office automation software, under the general direction of JRGA Training Coordinators.• Referral of user reported technical and software bugs, and policy related inquiries to appropriate JRGA IT or Court Reform Component Staff Attorneys for resolution.

Assisting in the process of selection of new employees and interns for offices in Belgrade, Podgorica and Sarajevo (pre-screening, scheduling test and interviews, conducting tests and marking them, collaborating with HR Manager in selecting the candidates and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates);● Monitoring and participating in the recruitment processes;● Working with company software packages for people management - TALEO;● Working in Lotus Notes (email and agenda);● Participating in the coordination of the workshop “Self and time management”;● Performing administrative tasks (preparing internship contracts and other documentation, maintaining personal folders of employees);● Assisting in creating social media content (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn);● Translating contracts and other documents;● Representing the company at Career fairs;● Carrying out internal and external correspondence;
