Furthermore, various consultations organized between the association and -Municipality of The Hague, -Universities, -semi government agencies. Every six months there was also an AGM, which I had the privilege of leading together with the board members. *A Tenants Association gives advice to the landlord about the policies they implement. They also have regular meetings with the landlord about rent-related issues such as rental costs, sustainability or service costs. The board of the tenants association meets on average once every 2 weeks.
