At House of Bèta (HoB) I was responsible to set up a new location in the city of Eindhoven. As the Area Manager I had the end responsibility for setting up the business, coordinating the operations and establishing the strategy for the long term. I was in the lead of one Recruitment Consultant with who I worked together to make this location a succes. Next to that I worked on a operational level. From approaching and signing new clients to building relationships with candidates within the Business IT and Data Science domain. At HoB I also was involved in various project. E.g. setting up a new HoB-Traineeship Cloud Engineering and conducting an research on the impact of COVID on the labourmarket. This research was conducted with 100 companies and over 400 students.

As a MSP Consultant, my key responsibility is to provide an excellent MSP service at our clients. My task consists out of proactively identifying the resource demand of the hiring managers, translating this demand towards vendors (vendor management) and coordinating the end to end hiring process. I'll keep track of the two-way service level agreements, making sure that suppliers are engaged and that our clients get the best deal possible.

My responsibility as a Team Manager is to lead a team of (Senior) Relationship Managers and to guide them towards a successful result by introducing them into the business, training them and by leading the day-to-day business. I set goals, give direction and make strategic decisions in alignment with my management based on what the markets demand and need. I’m responsible for the the way of working and end results of my team.As the Key Account Manager for two of the larger accounts, I act as a sparring partner on a tactical and strategical level with a focus on improving the overall partnership, contract management, conditions, negotiations, issues and further expanding the accounts.

Conducted my Bachelor Thesis research at GGD Branbant-Zuidoost (municipal health services) and the Laarbeek municipality regarding an innovative idea called “Gezondheidsrace Laarbeek”. The Gezondheidsrace was a new innovative concept with the goal to mobilize the citizens of the four towns within the municipality for a better life style. The research was conducted to give the board insights on which factors / determinants are of influence on the participation of the Team Captains and Team Members who are effectively involved for twelve months. In the end I advised the board on how to improve the participation in the next editions.

Setting up a study association on behalf of the Institute for Sports and Health (ISBS) together with a fellow student. The end result was a full functional study association which is compliant with all statutes and regulations. We formed the first board and I acted as the Secretary.
