When I was about 16 years old I shadowed an HR manager as part of my scholarship program and I figured out that I wanted to help build a healthy, inclusive, and efficient workforce for responsible organizations. Since then, I graduated in psychology and have been working with HR for the past 9 years, 5 of them in Learning and Development - the area that pushes me and makes me happy. I have experience with internship and trainee programs, building a global and effective onboarding journey, content production with multiple stakeholders and locations, LMS implementation (Workday Learning), as well as building and leading Performance Cycles. Three projects that made me really proud: Immersion: Three-day online event with 20+ talks and a real challenge from a real client, focused to offer employees an immersion into the company's platform and main products. We had great engagement with over 30 proposals to the challenge, with an average of 400 people present daily. Workday Learning Implementation: overseeing platform decisions, content creation, and launch strategy. Managed all the needed tests, serving as a liaison between VTEX, the implementation agency, and Workday for 6 months.Commerce Essentials: an on-demand training program with over 100 videos that supports VTEXers to become the best commerce specialists in the market. It's an introduction to essential and global knowledge of e-commerce with up-to-date trends and market strategies.
