At Fluxo Consultoria, the Project Coordinator is the leader of their coordination, responsible for the quality management, the portfolio management, the knowledge management and innovation within their coordination. In addition, he or she works by drawing up short and long-term action plans to ensure that the coordination achieve its goals. The coordinator's duties are: - Leadership of the project negotiation and execution;- Supervision and planning of the strategic and financial results of the coordination; - Leadership of the Project Managers and Consultants teams, including strategy, motivation, training and allocation; - Monitoring of operational indicators and operational improvements; - Monitoring and maintenance of strategic partnerships. Along with another Coordinator, we led our team to achieve our annual goals, with a 50% increase in revenue when compared to the previous year. After 8 months leading more than 25 people, the team's satisfaction rate had increased by 30%, and the average value of our projects had increased by 25%.
