I have spent most of my adult life working in Mental Health as a researcher, case manager clinician 1, child & family outreach specialist working with juveniles as the Project Team Care Coordinator at the King County Courthouse in Kent. I also work as a facilitator of Wraparound teams, and finally my favorite position's as a peer support specialist and advocate for families and their children in schools around getting their educational needs met through IEP planning and 504 planning. I Received an award for my contributions in helping build the system of care for children and families in King County and Washington State. I am certified in Wraparound training, WRAP training, Parent Partner training, Facilitation training, and Family and Professional Partnership training. Helped build a statewide action family organization called SAFEWA and Commumity Connectors. Certified through WIMART. Helped integrate children/youth back into the community while working with Child Study and Treatment Centers through their CLIP Program (Childrens Long Term Inpatient Program).
