In a career spanning more than 25 years, Marilyn Daniel, a data driven, accomplished operations, manufacturing, sales, and program management professional, has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Marilyn currently serves as Strategic Business Unit General Manager at Esterline Corporation, where she has worked for more than 16 years. In the current position, she oversees daily unit operations, and has managed and deployed lean methodologies to ensure the unit consistently met the highest organizational and productivity expectations. Previous positions at Esterline included Senior Program Manager and Program Manager. Earlier, Marilyn was National Services Director at Gamma Enterprise Technology, Regional Professional Services Director at Borland Corporation, and Strategic Business Development Manager at the same company. In all of her positions, Marilyn has established herself as a proven manager and leader to hand business and manage crisis through her spearheading a wealth of successful initiatives while consistently meeting bottom-line expectations. Marilyn earned a Master of Arts from Azusa Pacific University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
