I led in the establishment of new departments, oversaw systems and product strategy, focused on client delivery and experience, and governed multiple implementations, enhancements and adoptions. However, the most gratifying takeaway from my corporate life was the impact I made on real people through programs and processes. At Fidelity, I championed mentorship and introduced human capital platforms that connected people and harnessed talent – these are still thriving today.My technology background makes me a student of complex, incisive processes. And my history in the classroom has made me an effective teacher and coach in addressing the human side of organizational culture and performance.
