I'm on a team of four breaking news editors for 11 newspapers and websites in Southern California. I assign and edit reporters and publish stories, graphics, photos and videos on dailies and longer-term projects.
As a reporter, I covered real estate news, issues, trends and the housing market. I wrote cover stories for The Orange County Register's award-winning Sunday Real Estate section, which in 2015 and 2017 snagged the top prize for best U.S. newspaper real estate section from the National Association of Real Estate Editors. On weekends, I edited police, breaking news and GA reporters for stories running on all Southern California News Group websites, as well as in print.
One of three editors on the Marketplace team, working with reporters on general assignment, real estate, workplace, small business, restaurant and retail beats.
