In this position, students get to assist the ticketing managers in welcoming the audience to gamesby selling and scanning tickets, giving directions and help in pre and post game operations. In this role, I gained experience in customer service, ticketing and sports events, while also supporting the UofT community in such important moments for the university while working with an experienced team.

As a Production Assistant in the University of Toronto Scarborough Marketing and Communications team, I've been able to learn more about the audiovisual and/or Journalism industries. In the work study position, I assist in the editing process, shoots, and different roles that are helping me build my portfolio and gain experience in this area that I'm very passionate about. It was a great opportunity to explore what I can do in the future.
