Introduction OV-chipcard.Key achievements:- National launch of ‘Pay as you go’ on October 1st 2009.- The migration strategy: I wrote the plan on how and when to migrate all 8.9 million railway customers to Electronic Ticketing. This strategy was based on market research and was the input for the national launch of ‘Pay as you go’. - Development of new travel passes and tickets: a project involving co-creation with the client and collaboration with all the rail departments and external stakeholders involved. In this project I worked with the Marketing & Sales department as well as IT, Front Office and Finance. - Developed and implemented a CRM programme for Customers travelling on the smartcard.
