Master Data Deployment Lead America is the functional lead for the MDM stream during the BOLD implementations (SAP S/4 Hanna global system) in Americas and support of BOLD live Countries:• Lead the implementation (from fit gap to hypercare) of MDM processes and data model• Represent the Core team and explain, with the support of the Core team, MDM processes & data models to local teams (Execution, Finance, Tax)• Support the identification, arbitration and implementation of Gaps (if any)• Ensure the coordination between local and core teams: during the definition, gathering, cleansing and loading of the Master Data• Support Global Master Data team in setting up forms, templates & procedures regarding local specifics• Train MDM team (Share Service Center located in Sofia, Bulgaria) on local specifics• Ensure training and adoption of Core MDM processes & tools by local teams• Run the hypercare for the MDM stream once the project is live

Procurement BPO for the implementation and roll-out of a global BackOffice Solution, based on SAP s/4 Hana and Ariba implementation, • My role in the company is to oversee End to End Procurement Process related to P2I (Purchase to Invoice). As a functional team leader I am responsible for driving the delivery of the solution regarding the P2I processes; gathering the local requirements, preparing and executing workshops and sign offs by the business, preparing the design authority for identified gaps; articulating requirements, managing integrations tests and user acceptance tests; leading hyper care and transition to run; leading the training (for more than 400 end users and 1500 suppliers), being a link between the project team locally, globally and the business; also rising alerts and risks and possible impacts in change management. • I work in the implementation of LDC Uruguay, LDC Trading & Services, and LDC Argentina, and collaborate with global BPO´s in the definition of improvements to the Core Model.
