I want to be part of the new banking paradigm, which is being driven by the increase in regulation and technological evolution. I see in the near future the primary contact with the client will be digital and tech companies will have a big role in the future of banking services. To me technology is a key tool to redefine and customize the financial services, to optimize the risk assumption and to maximize the financial client results; from regulatory to individual institution point of view.Across my career I have participated in the digitalization of different financial institutions across Europe and LATAM and I have also designed technological solutions for different needs within risk and trading area. I combine business and technological understanding and I want to continue being a part in the changes of banking sector where technology (correctly regulated) will be the key to democratize access to financial products and to develop the banking business of the future.During the last years I have worked in risk analysis and trading at private institutions and regulators. Banking is essential, despite banks might not be but regulatory reforms and new frameworks should enhance the stability of the financial system adapting to the the reformulation of the industry.
