Program Coordinator (Wholesale Stationery & Novelty Goods)
Current- Serve as the primary liaison between design, product development, and factories, ensuring cohesive communication and efficient program execution.- Coordinate the sampling and ticketing process for retail customer programs, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. - Manage supplier relationships to track and oversee samples, including check-in, labeling, and distribution to internal stakeholders.- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of samples by customer for easy access and retrieval. - Support Creative, Sales, and Product teams by retrieving and managing samples from the product repository as needed.- Direct the shipment of samples to customers for approval, handle ticketing orders, and maintain detailed logs for tracking and deadlines.- Plan and organize internal programs, maintain an onsite product repository, and perform essential operational duties.- Exhibit strong organizational skills, solve problems under tight deadlines, and ensure attention to detail.- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.- Apply project management expertise from conception to delivery, with a solid understanding of program management and product development procedures.- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
