In charge for:• launch and integrated communication of the services developed by CBI for over 400 intermediaries in the Italian banking industry (such as, CBILL, CBI Globe, Big Data CBI): brand creation, websites, ideation and management of marketing campaigns, above the line and below the line communications;• media relations and media planning, supported by an international PR Agengy; • the organization of all company events, either in Italy and abroad, such as workshops, conferences, press conferences, webinars, participation at exhibitions-conferences and fairs also by mean of customized stands;• securing the Company coordinated image. In this respect, in 2019 I managed and coordinated the rebranding process as to CBI Consortium transformation into CBI S.c.p.a. (Public Limited Consortium Company); in 2008 I managed and coordinated the rebranding process as to ACBI transformation into CBI Consortium; • the management of Company's institutional and service web sites and for the communication activities on the institutional and service social networks;• conducting institutional and public affairs with the Public Administration, trade associations, standardization financial bodies of global relevance (e.g. ISO TC68 and UN/CEFACT). Participation in the Communication working group ISO TC68;• drafting articles and papers for domestic and international financial periodicals and websites;• the design and implementation of the corporate sustainability strategy, promoting its dissemination in the corporate culture. In the role of "Impact manager" of CBI as a Benefit Corporation, I am responsible for analysing and proposing activities and actions to improve CBI's impact in creating a regenerative value paradigm, also with a view to fostering the right cultural context to align organisational behaviour with sustainability performance.

• Member of the team for CAMI (Commerzbank Asset Management Italia) start-up; such company was acquired acquired in September 2003 by RAS insurance group.• Together with the Marketing Department team I implemented the Internet Banking channel and managed the corporate rebranding activities
