Starting with January 2021, I joined Infobip as VP of Planning and Strategy Implementation. I am responsible for driving strategic planning, GTM framework, business management processes, and revenue operations. Before Infobip, as a consultant, I helped IT/software development organizations define clear goals, improve their productivity, quality, and employee engagement. I help my clients design the teams and the processes. I coach the managers on how to get better engagement from their employees. Since 2009, I helped over 50 clients from 11 countries improve their software development teams and processes. My clients are leaders in software development, telecom, finance, and IT industries.
