• Staff management• Costing & Management Accounting• Spare part, equipment and service quotations to customers• Create and receive purchase orders• Imports & exports of parts and equipment to Europe and the USA – liaise with various Freight and shipping companies for quotations and the execution of the shipments to destinations.• Daily deliveries and collections from various customer via courier services• Invoicing• Customer credit applications and the approval thereof• Accounts Payable• Accounts Receivable• Debt collection• Cash & banking• Bank reconciliations for 15 different bank accounts monthly• Account reconciliations• Daily communication and negotiations with customers & suppliers on parts, equipment and services• VAT – calculations and submissions bi-monthly for 4 companies• Personal and employee tax calculations and submissions• Payroll for 4 companies• Monthly reporting• Budgeting• Forecasting• Cashflow Management• Preparations of Financial Statements up to TB and submission to auditors for finalization• System and software support• CIPC annual returns and changes to companies information• All other tasks as required on a daily basis by the Managing Director
