My career has been built around leading and growing ambitious projects to transform and accompany organizations to reach their next development stage.After having started my career in the Group Internal Audit at the 2nd French banking Group which taught me rigor and execution speed, I pivoted towards new challenges and specialized in general management.As such, I led a corporate turnaround project while becoming a CEO at ISILIS (25 employees), the French leader in account switching services, with my main objectives being to quickly restructure the company and focus on defining and delivering a new business development strategy formalized in a 2-year BP validated with our investors.At year 1, we were back to profitability and at the end of year 2 (despite COVID), we had signed a M&A deal with Majorel, a leader in the customer experience industry (82K people, 2+bn EUR turnover), in which we got successfully integrated after 6 months.Willing to capitalize on this experience and to broaden my perspectives, I started my own consulting company (QHIM) and joined a full-time MBA in Singapore which inspired me to dream and act bigger.I eventually joined back Majorel but in a different country (Spain) and role. During almost 2 years, I led the Banking and Insurance verticals, from the strategy definition (market study, partnerships, solutions portfolio) up to its execution (presentations, events, content, etc.) with a 2M EUR budget to manage. This position got extended to all our priority industries to further capitalize on the new portfolio and prospection approach. Plus, I got named representant of my region to work on the 2023-2025 Majorel Group strategy, collaborating with 10 other professionals from other areas, and concretized through the organization of a our top 200 mangers summit.I am now looking for my next professional challenge, with an intact motivation to contribute to strategic and challenging projects, focused on innovation, transformation and disruption. I would like to put my adaptability and cross-functional skills (covering operational and strategic aspects) to the service of top-line growth or international development projects within diverse teams (backgrounds, culture, etc.). A plus would be to onboard projects with a sustainability component, an area I would like to explore more in the years to come.
