Providing pre-sales technical assistance (provide first level of technical interaction for the sales team).Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise in analyzing customer requirements in conjunction with their current network and system capabilities and ensure Company design will accomplish customer's objectives. Consult with the sales team during client assessment, needs analysis and client meetings. Evaluate each opportunity for alignment with capabilities and business policy.Assure technical competency and completeness of material presented to prospects. Prepare the appropriate pre-sales documentation to include project proposals, product/service cost/pricing, RFP responses, etc. Resolve complex technical issues in assessment, solution design and implementation. Leverage a combination of advanced technical aptitude and consultative capabilities with sales and business focus.

Maintaining Company solution portfolio updating with new products/solutions.Define and develop new solutions in the area of IP Telephony, Value Added Services, Mobile Core, IPTV, Converged and Secure Networks and Data Centar Optimisation.Recommend appropriate products & designs.An in-depth knowledge of the target market and of the technological solutions available to offer the best solution to the demands that arrive.Business case preparation / analysing costs and sales.Prepare and conduct customer presentations (technical presentations) and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.Define and prepare Sales proposals (prepare technical description and commercial calculation of offers).Managing and preparation of technical documentation (develop and document Solution Designs and Functional Specifications).Managing a pilot and demo installations. Continuisly Building new opportunities, building relationships with vendors and customers.
