- Managed Maritime security/ID cards and worked within a highly regulated environment with Government bodies (Dept of Home Affairs sector) and third party suppliers such as Australia Post. - Responsibilities included: Senior stakeholder and vendor supplier management, Product roadmaps, Backlog prioritisation/refinement, product strategy, market research, Requirements gathering/analysis, Process mapping/process flows, Wireframing/design, . Audits on internal processes and external processes (3rd party suppliers).

- Enlisted to a newly formed Product team to assist other Product managers with business analysis and design as well as the setup and formation of the new team.- Acted as adhoc product owner. - Developed interim UX framework such as UI Design standards base on HCD best practices and UX artifacts and processes (eg. user personas, user journeys, UI Mockups, usability testing, feedback sessions) - Acted as point of contact for UI/design problems or issues.
