Providing comprehensive Owner's Engineering services to ensure project success. In particular: Full-scope supervision, meticulous monitoring, and where applicable, thorough review of on-site activities, ensuring strict compliance with technical and contractual documentation. Tasks to be performed: - Early detection of malpractice, manufacturing or installation defects, and deviations from previously reviewed and approved designs. In particular, detection of alterations that may result in the failure to cover the warranty of equipment, and components or in the penalty of the PR of the plant.- Monitoring the evolution of the work schedule and progress, pointing out possible delays that may affect reaching COD dates, and proposing measures to accelerate the process.- Control of certifications, preparation of a list of documentation required by the EPC contractor in relation to each payment milestone, and issuance of a payment certification to the client (and, where applicable, banks/lenders).- Control of construction measures, such as the number of companies, number of workers, Machinery, equipment, and tools.- Supervision of Health and Safety plan, waste plan compliance, ESG plan, and schedule supervision.- Supervision of correct reception and storage of materials on site.- Oversight quality control of the EPC contractor. Collection and control of the associated documentation.- Deliver monthly and weekly reports of overall progress, and incidences to the client.- Validation of EPC reports- Supervision of commissioning test.

Onshore load detailed calculation and analysis for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energies. Simulation and development of load studies requested by SpS Team.These studies are involved in a specific location with particular wind conditions.- Evaluation of wind environment of a site specific study, which can involve complex terrains,earthquakes, multiturbulence conditions, combined fatigue and uncertainty studies.- Fatigue and extreme load calculations, with its postprocessing calculations, including rainflowsprocesses and seed selection results.- Evaluation the coherence of the results and give a conclusion to SpS Team.- Development of power curves.
